FDIC Celebrates 75 Years:  Seeks Nominations for Best Financial Education Programs

In celebration of its 75th anniversary, FDIC announced the launch of "Face Your Finances" and the Chairman’s Award Program.  The “Face Your Finances” campaign will inform consumers who have lost confidence in financial institutions about the safety of their insured deposits while focusing on the unbanked.  The Chairman’s Award Program recognizes individuals or organizations with successful financial education community outreach and highlights best practices.
