Jerry Quinn – Chairman – Senior Vice President, Military Talent External Recruiting and Enterprise Military & Veteran Initiatives, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Jerry Quinn leads the enterprise military and veteran external hiring initiatives and Wells Fargo’s Military Affairs Program. Quinn is responsible for developing national relationships with the military and veteran community, including the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, national military and veteran service organizations, and support entities. From 2012-2018 the Military Affairs Program provided more than $130 million in support to military and veteran-related causes primarily in financial education, housing and career transition.

Quinn has worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years, and is in his 30th year with the U.S. Army. During his fifteen-year career at Wells Fargo, Quinn has been a Principal Business Relationship Manager, Community Affairs Manager and Marketing Manager. Prior to that, Quinn held positions as Community Bank President and Correspondent Banking Officer. In uniform, Quinn serves in Army Reserve at various command and staff assignments across the United States. He has completed seven years of active duty and five deployments stretching from the Middle East, Europe and Panama.

A native to Colorado, Quinn attended Colorado State University, earning a bachelor’s degree with dual emphasis in finance and real estate, as well as an MBA in organizational design and change management from the University of Colorado. He’s also a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Banking.

He is Chairman of the Board of the Association of Military Banks of America where he has been a director since 2012. He had volunteered with the American Red cross for more than 20 years and continues to volunteer with veteran service organizations.
