The United States Army Financial Management Command is requesting nominations for the Army’s 2019 Distinguished Bank Service Awards. Since 1984, commanders have nominated their installation banks on an annual basis. These awards recognize the on-post bank branches that have provided exceptional financial service and support to their communities.
Submit award nominations for calendar year 2019 in accordance with the attached criteria. Prepare nominations in the provided format with an endorsement memorandum from the installation commander. Financial institutions on joint installations primarily serving Army personnel are eligible for consideration.
Please e-mail the completed nomination packets to the Department of the Army Banking Officer, jennifer.c.evans.mil@mail.mil, by March 31, 2020, for consideration.
The awards will be presented in August 2020 at the annual conference hosted by the Association of Military Banks of America.
